CloudedVision is, without doubt the best coder I know. He's an awsome guy too, the only downside is, I'm not very fond of the american accent :-X

Stormy, your just jealous of my amazing wisconsin accent.

For me it really depends on what language. For PHP my #1 would definitely be Aso from WebForumz. Jack Franklin would be my number #2. Other than that..... I don't know. Its too close to call between the rest of the coders i know.
